Job description: About the Opportunity Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Process vendor invoices and client payments accurately and on time
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions

Data Entry

• Enter financial transactions into the accounting software
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial record

Financial Reporting

• Generate financial reports for management review
• Provide support for month-end and year-end financial processes

About You

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles
• Previous experience working in a for-profit firm is preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or another ERP system is a requirement
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college coursework is a plus

Hourly Rate
