Ability to customize workflows, interfaces, and reports according to the projects needs without affecting the core SAP structure.We are looking for a skilled **Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)** to lead configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP EWM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP system configuration to meet complex business requirements, proficiency with the SAP Implementation Guide (IMG) for module-specific configurations, and the ability to customize workflows, interfaces, and reports. This role requires the ability to deliver tailored solutions while preserving SAP’s core structure, ensuring both project success and long-term system stability.**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead the configuration and customization of the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module to meet specific business needs.
– Utilize SAP Implementation Guide (IMG) to configure EWM according to the project requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
– Design and customize SAP workflows, interfaces, and reports to streamline warehouse management operations without altering SAP’s core architecture.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for system configuration.
– Implement and optimize warehouse processes, including inbound and outbound processing, inventory management, and warehouse resource management, using SAP EWM functionality.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any system configuration issues to ensure smooth operations and minimal business disruption.
– Coordinate with technical teams for custom development needs, ensuring proper integration with SAP EWM.
– Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of SAP EWM functionalities.
– Participate in full-cycle SAP EWM implementations, including scoping, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
– Stay up-to-date with SAP EWM innovations and provide recommendations for system improvements or enhancements.**Qualifications:**
– Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
– **5+ years of hands-on experience** with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including multiple full-cycle implementations.
– Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP EWM to meet diverse business requirements.
– Strong proficiency in SAP Implementation Guide (IMG) for EWM module-specific configuration.
– Ability to design and customize SAP workflows, interfaces, and reports, ensuring business alignment without affecting core SAP structure.
– Solid understanding of warehouse management processes, including inventory control, inbound and outbound logistics, and resource management.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
