- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet organizational goals.
- Manage and coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Utilize extensive resources and existing networks to identify and secure investors and lenders for various projects.
- Prepare and present fundraising proposals and reports to stakeholders.
- Travel domestically and internationally to attend meetings, events, and conferences.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to create compelling fundraising materials.
- The core focus of this role is to leverage extensive resources to help us find investors and lenders.

- Minimum 5 years of experience CPA/CFA/MBA Finance designation is preferred
- Public Accounting, Banking and Financial Service background if preferred.
- Extensive work experience from lenders, lending institutions, real estate commercial loan/development loan departments in banking institutions, real estate fund institutions, commercial loan agencies, or as a commercial loan broker.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required by the position.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus but not a requirement.
