Job description: Our client, an established company located in Kitchener has an opening for a General Accountant to join their team! The General Accountant will be responsible fora variety of tasks including assisting with month-end, intercompany transactions, bank reconciliations, processing payroll and more. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to learn and grow within an established organization. They offer a hybrid work model of 2-3 days in office.

- Assist with the month-end process
- Handle intercompany transactions
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly journal entries
- Act as back up for AR and AP
- Payroll processing including calculating stat pay
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Controller
Requirements:
- Must have an education in accounting
- 2+ years of general accounting experience
- Desire to learn and grow with a growing company
