Job description: About the Opportunity

• Handle accounts payable processes, including purchase orders, invoice receipt, and expense classification
• Reconcile vendor statements regularly
• Prepare and execute payment runs
• Generate customer invoices and resolve any invoicing issues

About You

• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• ERP system experience (Great Plains is a plus)
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to follow through on tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities

Salary Range
