- Generate and assist in preparing customer invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Monitor and maintain inventory processes, including contributing to the development of policies and controls for improved inventory management
- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices, expense reports, and check requests
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to encourage open communication and collaboration
- Support customer contracting and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless experience for new clients
- Process adjustments to General Ledger accounts as needed to reflect accurate financial records
- Respond to or escalate internal inquiries related to vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment statuses in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in the preparation of ad hoc operational and strategic financial analyses as requested by leadership
- Support the month-end close process, including performing balance sheet reconciliations and preparing adjusting journal entries
- Provide assistance during year-end audits by gathering required materials and addressing auditor queries
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a General Accountant
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with team members, customers, and vendors
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
