• Assisting with financial reporting, including month-end and year-end processes.
• Handling intercompany transactions across multiple entities.
• Supporting period-end reporting and account reconciliations.
• Contributing to budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Recommending process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Supporting variance analysis and costing initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Strong accounting experience and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exposure to intercompany reconciliations and financial reporting tasks.
• A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
• Optional: Familiarity with variance analysis or costing is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive financial information.

Expected salary: $65000 – 75000 per year
