Location: Ottawa West (Moodie Dr.)
Salary: Starting at $16.55 per hour (will increase to $17.20 on October 1st)
Job Type: Temporary (possibility of extension for the right person)
Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Start Date: ASAP
Approximate End Date: Monday November 11th (possibility of extension)Looking for a new challenge in a warehouse environment? Then, we have the job for you!We are currently recruiting Warehouse Fulfillment Workers for a special project in Kanata. This is a temporary contract but could become permanent for the right candidate. Free parking is available, and the company is accessible by bus.The candidates are responsible for:– Gathering material based on a customer order
– Packaging material for shipping
– Applying a shipping label to the boxIn addition to this, they will also be required to:– Have their own protective footwear (steel-toed boots or shoes)
– Stand, lift and move around all day
– Lift up to 35 to 40 lbs max
– Have attention to detail and have pride in their work
– Speak and understand English and work well in a team environmentRequirements:– Warehouse experience
– Clean criminal record
