The Analyst will work within a high performing team to provide general business analysis (technical and functional) services to our largest Canadian healthcare client. The Analyst will perform technical and functional requirements analysis, develop requirements, and design documentation and support multiple workflows within the project.Required Skills:

• 10+ years as a business analyst on large and complex Healthcare IT projects.
• Extensive experience in gathering and documenting all technical and business requirements and business capabilities.
• Experience with stakeholder management and engagement across cross functional groups, involving preparing, scheduling, and leading workshops, gathering/reviewing requirements, collecting input.
• Document current and proposed business processes using tools such as flowcharts, diagrams, and process maps.
• Working knowledge on and experience with agile as well as waterfall project management concepts, practices, and deliverables.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of FHIR, SMART on FHIR, HL7, APIs is preferred.
• Experience working with the Health Authorities in BC is highly preferred.
