The Hospital Supervisor provides front-line leadership and support after hours, overseeing a wide variety of activities, enabling transparent collaborative communication across units through staff huddles, unit rounding and ensuring communications are published when services are impacted.The Hospital Supervisor is responsible for resource allocation, utilization management, patient flow planning, risk management, quality improvement, and the promotion of patient and family centered care at both sites. The responsibilities include an overall evaluation of the sites, emphasis on communication with the Administrator On-Call and the Senior Leadership Team as required as it relates to escalation of bed management plans, and crisis management.
