Job description: Location Address: 100 Queens Quay East, 9th Floor, TorontoNumber of Openings: 1Pay $72,205.00 – $130,012.00Job Posting Description:This is a hybrid role #LI-HybridThe LCBO is looking for a Team Lead – Senior Infrastructure Engineer on our IAM team who will provide technical leadership and important domain expertise on these important platforms: Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD and Azure B2C AD, Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams, DNS, Certificates, and Cyberark. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Infrastructure Platform Service, the Senior Infrastructure Engineer will design, develop, implement, maintain a large scope of novel applications and platforms, including overall integration and data transformations ensuring the programming standards and business requirements are met. You will be the Team Lead in leading the LCBO’s IT transformation and modernization programs as you will participate in cross functional continuous improvement initiatives and be an advocate for positive capability transformations.If you are a proven infrastructure professional and want to take on the challenge of modernizing data center capabilities, while serving as the champion for the LCBO’s Platform Services discipline, then this role is for you!About the Role
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD and Azure B2C AD, Exchange, AD connect, Office 365, MS Teams, integrations into SaaS Services, all things Identity and critically evaluate, adapt, or develop new theories and/or methods as required.
- Develop, manage, support, and maintain our Enterprise identity systems, federation, and identity access management.
- Own the integrations of enterprise systems to the global identity service
- Provide input from multiple systems perspectives and ensure alignment to IT Strategy and industry best practices, as well as establishes frameworks and methodologies for approaching assignments.
- Analyze current information systems requirements and integrate new applications or platform including data transformations and programs for automatic correction of erroneous data following IT strategy, industry standards and modern software development best practices
- Coach and mentor team members to develop new capabilities by validating and providing resolution recommendations and encouraging technical SMEs to provide ‘Out of the Box’ infrastructure solutions
About You
- University degree in a technical area such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or IT
- 10+ years of experience designing and developing complex infrastructure platforms
- 3+ years leading teams and projects, overseeing their work, and coaching and developing them.
- Expert technical understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID, ADFS and Azure B2C AD, Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams, integrations into SaaS Services, all things Identity
- Advanced level of Power Shell scripting
- Solid experience implementing and/or supporting enterprise IAM solutions
- Knowledge of general industry IAM concepts and best practices, particularly relating to SSO, MFA, IGA, PIM/PAM and modern authentication methods.
- We’re looking for someone with experience operating Cloud environments like Azure, AWS, GCP and IBM/Skytap.
- Someone who is cool headed in a crisis and can demonstrate the experience to be able to troubleshoot problems and resolve production issues quickly and methodically.
- Automation experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, PowerShell and has scripting experience.
- Experience in PCI Frameworks and platform hardening and security applying NIST and CIS standards
- Lead Technical Resource on projects with the ability to Architect full solution
- Microsoft M365 or Azure certified.
