Job description: In-house lawyer (Construction) | 5-7 years | Edmonton or VancouverWe’re working with a group of construction companies in Western Canada, part of a multinational parent company, now looking for an in-house legal counsel to support their operations. You’ll be working directly with the leaders of the businesses in Alberta and BC, providing advice on bid processes, negotiating and drafting a range of commercial contracts, and providing legal support on the execution phase of projects, as well as managing external lawyers on any disputes that come up.
