Job description: CSC LED is looking for a new team member in our Calgary office. This is a hybrid position which includes working on the sales desk, but also providing warehouse coverage when needed. Basic experience in both warehouse and sales is required.Position: Inside Sales/Warehouse AssociateLocation: Calgary, ABCompensation: $55,000-$60,000 / year (commensurate with experience)Position Type: Full time, 40 hours per weekPrimary Responsibilities:Sales

• Fulfill customer requests for pricing and stock checks.
• Provide customers with product support, including features and benefits of CSC LED products.
• Take customer phone calls and assist them as needed.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/order desk to provide shipping information to customers.
• Explaining proper setup and use of products to customers.
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues with products.
• Occasionally assist the local sales agent at customer sales events.
• Other duties as required.

Warehouse

• Ensuring all purchase orders are processed, picked, and shipped with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicating professionally with customers and drivers and fellow staff members as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures to receive inbound shipments efficiently.
• Communicating professionally with carriers, customers, and fellow staff members as needed.
• Ensuring shipments are received accurately and noting any damages or discrepancies upon receipt.
• Keeping the warehouse organized as planned by the Warehouse Lead.
• Ensuring safe operation of equipment (forklift, scissor lift, pallet jack, etc).
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in both warehouse and sales settings (3+ years in the Electrical Wholesale industry is preferred).
• Forklift experience is required (a valid forklift license is an asset).
• Good computer literacy, specifically with Google Suite.
• Ability to work in a busy environment where multi-tasking is required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Physical ability to move and lift heavy items (up to 50lbs).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and/or with a small team.

Expected salary: $55000 – 60000 per year
