Job description: Job Description:The OpportunityOur Ruth Lake Admin Office in Fort McMurray, AB location is currently looking for a Full-Time In-Site Administrator to join the team. Our InSite Administrators are responsible for ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and serves as the central point of contact with Superior Customer Service & Support services.Why work for Clean Harbors?

Responsibilities:
- Review billing reports, generate customer invoices in an accurate and timely manner;
- Resolve billing issues;
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients;
- Administer payroll for personnel (within branch);
- Record all pertinent data in Clean Harbors systems;
- Manage filing for division;
- Work closely with all members of the Oil Sands Admin Group;
- Prioritizing day to day work and project work to hit critical deadlines;
- Maintaining an organized work environment;
- Data entry and quality control of all computer entries;
- Light Accounts Payable
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Study in Accounting/Administration or Commensurate Experience;
- Class 5 Drivers License and Reliable Transportation;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office – Strong Excel, Outlook, Teams.) and office machines (calculators, copiers, fax machines, etc.);
- Attention to detail.
- Superior Customer Service:
- Account Receivable experience will be an asset:
- Prior Experience with Field Glass; Customer Relationship Management Systems; CPM, GEP, Open Invoice and Maximo will be prioritized.
