With over 40 years of operation, they successfully acquired multiple insurance companies and now offering various services from Commercial, Auto, Marine, Home, Life and Employee benefits. They are growing the business every year steadily and expanding the team.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYOur client is receiving increasing number of business opportunities for developers and construction industries. This is an exciting opportunity as you will be responsible for building and leading the construction team within the company.ABOUT THE POSITION

• Build the surety, and construction department by hiring and training the junior members
• Setting up the bases of construction insurance’s internal process, procedures to service clients
• Develop strategies, negotiate the rate and lead submission development
• Assist the producers by sharing suggestions for coverage, marketing results and so on.
• Participate in industry marketing events

THE REQUIREMENTSLevel 2 insurance license7 years or more experience in construction insurance7 years or more experience in brokingFamiliarity with all markets and sound knowledge of construction practicesCOMPENSATION

• $125,000 – 225,000
