• Manage the preparation of the internal monthly financial statements and reporting packages.
• Provide management and support for accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Manages monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting of internal financial information, including cash management, while maintaining timelines and meeting targets.
• Oversee annual audit file preparation.
• Oversee the preparation of the revenue and expense budgets for departments.
• Monitor monthly results and compare/highlight significant variances
• Make recommendations to reduce overhead and operating costs.
• Assists in the preparation of forecasts for Executive Management use and decision making, including assessing viability of investments and projects.

Experience & Requirements

• A CPA designation is essential for this position
• Will have a minimum of 5 years working in full-cycle accounting processes
• Will have proven and progressive experience Managing and Leading Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll Teams
• Will have strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in French and English would be an asset
