They are looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to our continued success.Job Summary:As an Intermediate Accountant, you will play a key role in the finance department, responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities:· Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.· Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.· Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.· Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting.· Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.· Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.· Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.· Participate in internal and external audits.· Continuously improve accounting processes and procedures.Requirements:Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.· Working towards CPA is preferred.· 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:· Competitive salary and benefits package.· Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.· A supportive and collaborative work environment.· The chance to be part of a leading company in the manufacturing industry.

Expected salary: $60000 – 78000 per year
