- Compensation: $30.00 to $33.00/hour.
- Fully Remote Position.
- Start Date – July 17th
- Strong possibility of going permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve invoices in Concur – vendor name, date, inv #, dimensions (dept, entity, project ID , etc)
- Review and delete duplicates, assign ( mostly are auto assigned) to approvers, follow-up approval of invoices.
- Go over AP inbox for special instructions and respond to inquiries
- Prepare AR templates and upload in accounting systems.
- Prepare EFT/ACH payments.
- Bank reconciliations and analysis, entering journal entries in sage Intacct.
- Balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle accounting.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Responsible and hard working individual.
