St.Amant is guided by its core values of Collaboration, Hospitality, Excellence and Respect.Position Summary and Scope of Service*This is a 6 month term position subject to end with 2 weeks/1 pay period notice, whichever is longer**The Intermediate Accountant supports the Manager, Accounting Services, and ensures the integrity of accounting information by researching account issues for compliance and by establishing quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. The Intermediate Accountant also completes a variety of accounting supports as required, such as the analysis of information, preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements, assists in budgeting and forecasting, account reconciliations and development or improvement of excel based files.Being a key member of the Accounting and Finance Team, the Intermediate Accountant provides effective and efficient quality customer service by ensuring all accounting principles as well as St.Amant’s policies and procedures are maintained.QualificationsEducational:
