Job description: Job Description:Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced Intermediate Accountant on behalf of our client. This role is perfect for professionals who are ready to leverage their accounting expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed reviews and analysis of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Manage transactions between related entities and reconcile accounts to maintain accuracy
• Manage AP and AR processes with attention to timeliness and accuracy
• Assist with preparing trial balances and ensure their alignment with organizational reporting requirements
• with team members to prepare financial statements and reports for leadership
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to procedures
• Handle bank reconciliations and ensure the proper matching of transactions
• Track and analyze daily cash balances and provide insights into cash flow management
• Support the preparation and review of tax returns, assisting with compliance and filing deadlines
• Support month-end close processes, including reconciliations and preparation of adjusting journal entries

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Intermediate Accountant or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with comfort collaborating across departments
