Job description: Job Description:Our client, a thriving engineering firm with expanding operations in BC and Alberta, is seeking a seasoned Intermediate Accountant with full-cycle accounting experience. You’ll work in a respectful and professional environment with a supporting team. This is an on-site position based out of their Tri-cities office.The Intermediate Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting the Controller by managing essential day-to-day accounting activities, including reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing using Deltek Vantagepoint. Additionally, you will assist in month-end closing, year-end reviews, and the preparation of working papers.TMGVCJob Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in full-cycle or project accounting
• Experience working in the engineering, architecture, or construction industry
• Proficient in using Deltek Vantagepoint
• Strong understanding of ASPE and Canadian payroll regulations
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (including Vlookup and Pivot Tables)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently
• Must maintain a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Expected salary: $65000 – 75000 per year
