• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Perform account reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in coordination with the finance team
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting and communication between departments
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and leverage best practices to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous progressive accounting experience, including a strong foundation in financial reporting and general ledger work
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive approach to tackling challenges and a commitment to deadlines
