- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to provide expert-level L2-L3 support for Intune, SCCM, and related end-user computing technologies.
- Optimize the lifecycle management of SCCM infrastructure by coordinating upgrades, applying patches, and leading fixing initiatives.
- Implement and manage mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) across diverse platforms.
- Develop innovative migration strategies from SCCM to Intune to ensure a smooth co-management integration.
- Improve robust macOS support through JAMF, concentrating on patch management and the deployment of applications.
- Enhance endpoint security and privilege management by applying tools such as Bitlocker and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Own the transformation of OS environments by managing Windows 11 migration initiatives.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance through regular vulnerability assessments using tools like Qualys.
What you bring to the role
- Proficient in Intune, SCCM, and end-user computing technologies, with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
- Experience with mobile device and application management, including Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
- Knowledge of SCCM lifecycle management and migration to Intune (co-management).
- Familiarity with macOS support and management via JAMF, including patching and software distribution.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint security tools like Bitlocker and Conditional Access.
- Team-oriented approach to managing Windows Autopilot and enterprise application deployment.
- Meticulous understanding of ITSM processes, including Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience with vulnerability management tools, particularly Qualys
