Job description: The IT Helpdesk Coordinator under the direction of the Area Director, will manage the set up as well as oversee the maintenance of all branch devices which include computers and mobile device while maintaining inventory of devices. The ISSU administrator will assist staff with technical issues of the devices as required.The IT Helpdesk Coordinator will oversee all internal financial operations and collaborates with the Area Director and Corporate Finance regarding the implementation and evaluation of finance policies and procedureAs required, the Office Administrator may also coordinate administrative activities, and/or assist with business development and marketing activities. The ISSU/Office Administrator oversees the ISSU/IT Department. Set up and maintenance of all Bayshore issued computers and mobile devicesImprove operational systems, processes, and policies, specifically reporting, Information flow, business processes and organizational planning. Maintain device inventory, Branch level IT support for field and office staff when required.Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of the office information systems and ensure the availability of local systems support.Coordinate training and the allocation and maintenance of all office equipment and computer as directed by the Area Director.Office Administrator ActivitiesDirect and coordinate the internal accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and data processing. Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities. Coordinate admin staff activities/event planQualificationsBayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients.
