-Invoicing and Collections: Manage the invoicing process, ensuring timely payments while accommodating various payment terms and grace periods.
-Client Relations: Foster clear and direct communication with clients to efficiently handle and resolve account matters.
-Analytical Skills: Examine payable histories to spot potential issues and promptly bring them to the supervisor’s attention.
-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, such as Project Managers and Superintendents, to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth financial transactions.
-Accounting System Management: Handle accounts receivable tasks within the accounting system and support month-end closing activities.Qualifications
-3+ years of Experience in Accounts Receivables or Full Cycle Accounting Tasks
-Proficient in accounting software (Eclipse, Sage, QuickBooks) and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.Summary
