• Posting invoices
• Reconciling related schedules and processing journal entries
• Processing cheques
• Daily deposits
• Bank reconciliation
• Journal Entries
• Accounts Receivable
• Collections of outstanding accounts
• Internal Service invoice posting

QUALIFICATIONS:Strong computer proficiency, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, attention to detail and excellent data entry skills are required. The successful candidate must be a team player with the ability to perform multiple tasks in this fast paced environment. PBS Systems experience and dealership experience is an asset.REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting is required.
• Certification or degree in accounting is considered a strong asset.
