• Location: 100% in-office position in Rivière-des-Prairies, QC
• Hours: Full-time
• Salary: $50,000-$70,000 per year
• Bilingual ( French, English )

Tasks:

• Full cycle accounting
• Accurately recording daily financial transactions.
• Preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconciling bank statements and validating balances.
• Administering payroll and managing employee benefits.
• Checking financial records for accuracy.
• Maintaining financial security by following internal controls.

• Accuracy: Accuracy is vital due to the nature of the work.
• Detail-oriented: Detail-oriented individuals will thrive in this role due to the complex nature of bookkeeping.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
