  • Manage the full accounts payable cycle, from invoice entry to payment processing.
  • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes.
  • Prepare financial statement entries to support reporting requirements.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Support senior finance leaders with ad hoc financial reporting requests.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Track interest expenses and process payments for outstanding debt.
  • Maintain and update short-term cash flow planning tools.
  • Work with public company financial reporting requirements as needed.
  • Provide support for various financial and treasury functions.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA program enrollment preferred).
  • Experience working with a public company.
  • 2+ years of accounting or treasury experience (co-op or internship experience will be considered).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general ledger accounting software.
  • A solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 (depending on experience).
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher salary expectations may be considered.
