Job description: The Junior Corporate Accountant requires excellent communication skills and strong multitasking abilities. This role requires a positive and helpful presence in the workplace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adept at problem-solving, and experienced in implementing efficient accounting processes.

  • Responsible for creating Accounts Receivable (AR) Invoices via the CC Re-Bill AR Process under the Senior Corporate Accountant’s direction.
  • Downloads credit card statement details into Excel to classify and aggregate re-billable amounts for individuals/entities, mainly company-managed projects.
  • Requires collaboration to identify correct recipients for re-billing.
  • Prepares and attaches supporting invoices to AR invoices.
  • Follows up and collects payments for CC Re-Bill AR charges promptly to ensure timely collection.

  • Completion of post-secondary education, preferably in Accounting/Finance
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager accounting software would be considered an advantage.
  • Effective collaborator in dynamic team environments.

Expected salary: $60000 – 70000 per year
