As a critical part of our production line, you’ll contribute to building and assembling components that power mobile equipment.A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks such as light soldering, labeling, screwing components into boards, and solder masking, ensuring all outputs meet quality standards.
- Ensure accurate assembly of parts and products by following written instructions and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, using hand tools in a production setting.
- Work closely with a small production team under the guidance of the Production Manager and Production Engineer.
- Input data into the system as needed, tracking progress and maintaining records to ensure efficient production.
- Accurately label and organize assembled products, ensuring all components are clearly marked for identification.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 2+ years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
- Comfort working with hand tools and collaborating with others in a warehouse setting.
- Some computer knowledge, especially Outlook, for data entry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Desire to contribute to a small company’s success story with a proactive, results-driven attitude!

- Experience or interest working in a fast-paced production line environment.
