Job description: Description:CTG is seeking to fill a L2 Engineer, Custom Fulfillment Services (CFS) for our client in Brantford, Ontario, Canada.Location: Brantford, Ontario, CA
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extensionDuties:Support a team of fulfillment operators by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.Motivate and inspire the team to meet productivity and quality objectives.Manage workflow to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.Oversee the full fulfillment process from order receipt and inbound to shipping.Ensure order processing, inventory management, and shipping procedures are accurate.Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages or surpluses, and maintain inventory records.Troubleshoot and resolve issues that occur during fulfillment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Address customer inquiries and concerns related to orders and shipping.Train new operators on customer requirements and work instructions.Provide ongoing training and review of fulfillment processes.Implement and maintain quality control measures to minimize errors.Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.Utilize computer systems, inventory management tools, and warehouse management systems.Work with IT technology such as ServiceNow, InTune, AutoPilot, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and mobile/tablet devices.Communicate effectively with CFS Engineers, operators, managers, and Intake PMs.Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and workflow management abilities.Proficiency in fulfillment operations, inventory management, and quality control.Knowledge of IT tools and software related to device provisioning and management.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Experience:3+ years in fulfillment operations, warehouse management, or related field.Experience leading a team in a fast-paced fulfillment or technical environment.Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and order processing tools.Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and mobile/tablet devices.Education:Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:
