Position:
- Landscape Construction Crew Member
- Landscaping General Labour
Responsibilities:
- Communication:
- Collaborate with the Crew Leader to address and solve any issues on-site
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude that contributes to team success
- Installation:
- Execute installations in line with design plans or modify them to maintain the project’s integrity
- Aim for excellence and precision in every installation—get it right the first time
- Operate a variety of equipment and machinery necessary for landscape construction
- Fleet & Safety:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and document records
- Promote a culture of safety for yourself and your team
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Industry certifications are preferred, but we provide formal and on-the-job training!
- Reliable vehicle and valid G2 or higher driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract
Skills:
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Passion for building, creating, and improving outdoor spaces
- Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty!
