As a Lead Warehouse Crew member, you will oversee and train the team in receiving, organizing, and delivering Food & Beverage goods to ensure our restaurants and our guests have everything they need for the ultimate experience at our resorts.Job Specifications:

  • Housing: May Be Available
  • Expected Pay Range: $22.00 – $23.00 / per hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time
  • Skill Level: Intermediate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Completing physical and active tasks in an efficient manner to pick, pack, and deliver goods
  • Willingness to work with warehouse functions and tools
  • Ensuring your own and your teams’ safety
  • Gain knowledge such as retail/rental/Food & Beverage operations
  • May be required to assist other departments
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate through spoken and written English.
  • Manage time effectively to complete deliveries.
  • Demonstrate our core values: Be Safe, Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Have Fun, and Be Inclusive.
  • Valid British Columbia Driving License and able to provide a clear abstract of an asset.
  • Steel-toed shoes are required.
  • An above-average familiarity with food service terms, product identification/usage, and restaurant operations.
  • Capable team leader and supportive team player.
  • Excels at prioritizing, delegating, and keeping the team motivated and on target.
  • Works well under the pressure of time constraints and (internal) customer demands.
  • Shows highly developed organizational skills with a focus on safety and attention to detail.
  • 2 years’ experience in a high-volume warehouse and distribution center; Supervisory experience will be an asset.
  • Food Safe Level I, Basic First Aid/CPR, an asset.
  • A level of competency, in snow skiing or boarding preferred
