  • Create and manage maintenance/overhead work orders, ensuring accurate coding for capital spares, damage, and priority.
  • Create and maintain work order documentation, manage records for planning-related activities, input equipment-related information, and track site contract labor for billing. Oversee on-road vehicle registration and insurance management.
  • Create and manage backlog services, including job scope attachments.
  • Ensure equipment master data is accurate.
  • Manage JDE transactional/system issues, maintain SharePoint, and document/maintain processes and procedures.
  • Support the Maintenance Director’s administrative and reporting needs.

QualificationsWhat Makes You the One

  • High School Diploma.
  • Related Office Administration Diploma/Certificate supplemented with specialized training in business administration.
  • Three years of experience in office administration.
  • Related experience in a heavy equipment environment would be an asset.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Business letter writing skills and basic report preparation.
  • Experience with JDE is considered an asset.
  • Excellent English (spoken/written/grammar/punctuation) and advanced interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Able to multitask under tight deadlines and set priorities.
  • Able to work in a team environment and independently, while demonstrating initiative and independent judgment.
  • Polished and professional with strong attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
