We are looking for someone who can provide outstanding service and responsiveness within CWB Maxium’s business line functions of credit underwriting, loan applications and recurring credit review processes. In this individual contributor role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills so you may hit new personal and professional achievements, all while tackling new challenges and career development opportunities to reach your career dreams.Areas of focusCredit Structuring: Analyze, discuss and recommend terms and conditions of credit applications and related matters with sales and large deal review committee. Structure complex transactions with size ranging $2.5 MM to $10MM and large connections within the healthcare verticalRisk management: Utilize your risk management skills to ensure compliance with various first-line risk management functions, workflows and policies of the CWB Maxium business divisions, including data integrity, portfolio quality and approval requirements.Relationship builder. Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships with management, employees, and partners to improve integrity and efficiency.Support: Prepare annual credit reviews on an assigned healthcare portfolio. Review amendments seeking approval to modify the original transaction security or other credit conditions while ensuring required reports and financial data are received and analyzed promptly in accordance with loan commitments.Lifelong Learner.
