What You’ll Be Doing as the Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

• Overseeing the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis functions.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to leadership, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements.
• Leading the preparation for the annual audit and managing organization funding agreements.
• Supervising and mentoring a team, fostering positive working relationships, and resolving conflicts.
• Acting as a key collaborator with organization management to drive continuous process improvements.

About You as the Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

• You are a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in good standing, with a deep understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and can communicate complex financial data effectively.
• You excel in leadership, with experience managing teams and overseeing procurement functions.
• You are highly proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Dynamics NAV, and SharePoint.
• You bring a collaborative spirit and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
