Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityReporting to the Marketing Manager, Healthcare Recruitment and Retention, we are seeking talented and experienced marketing professionals to join our healthcare recruitment team. As the Marketing Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract talent to Nova Scotia Health. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare recruitment industry, contribute to the growth and success of our organization, and improve access and delivery of health care in our province.Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing strategies to promote our healthcare recruitment and retention initiatives through paid, owned, earned, and shared media.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance through data analysis and identify key campaign trends and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Recruitment teams to develop engaging materials that support lead nurturing activities (presentations, email campaigns, proposals, ads, etc.)
  • Engage with Healthcare Recruitment team to develop and design event materials (tradeshow kit, brochures, signage, etc.)
  • Team up with Healthcare Recruitment team to develop innovative attraction activities for events, conferences, and job fairs.
  • Manage website content using Drupal content management system.
  • Social media content development and scheduling in collaboration with team members and partners.
  • Own the development of compelling and relevant content for digital and traditional channels, including strategizing, designing, writing, and deploying.

About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Undergraduate degree and/or post-secondary study in marketing, advertising, digital communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Certification in digital marketing, inbound marketing, social media advertising, graphic design, Google Analytics, or other relevant areas is considered an asset.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in marketing.
  • Video Production and editing experience is an asset.
  • Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator), Canva, and email marketing tools such as Constant Contact
  • Experience in events management and support.
  • Comfortable with web content management systems and understanding of basic HTML and CSS.
  • Skilled in using Google AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Solid understanding of using Google Analytics and other digital tools to report on campaigns.
  • Experience in contact management solutions and working with CRMs.
  • Enjoy writing and editing content.
  • Experience with planning and developing editorial content and newsletters.
  • Detail-oriented and able to take direction to bring compelling pieces to life.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to negotiate complex issues or difficult scenarios within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
