Job description: One of our clients in Edmonton , AB is looking for a Master Electrician. Shift – DaysKey Responsibilities:Installation and Maintenance:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, lighting, and control systems.Perform inspections to identify electrical issues and ensure systems comply with code.Leadership and Supervision:Lead and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices.Provide training and guidance to team members.Assign tasks and manage workflow to ensure timely project completion.Safety and Compliance:Ensure all electrical work complies with national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites.Conduct safety inspections and provide recommendations for improvement.Project Management:Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate electrical work.Estimate materials, labor, and time requirements for projects.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.Customer Service:Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with completed work.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.Prepare reports on project status, work completed, and any issues encountered.Qualifications:Must hold a valid Master Electrician certification with at least 2 years of experience in residential service.Must possess a Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.Must be physically able to perform all job-related tasks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional customer service skills.Experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing, and Mechanics is a plus.
