In addition to maintaining NetSuite, the candidate will be responsible for administering Celigo iPaaS, Replicon, Xactly, and custom-built applications developed using MS SQL and C#. This role requires strong technical expertise in system administration, integrations, and development languages (C#, JavaScript, XML) to support, extend, and customize the platform for evolving business needs.Key Responsibilities:
- NetSuite Administration:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the NetSuite system, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain NetSuite scripts, workflows, roles, permissions, and reports.
- Handle user administration, data imports, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- System Integrations:
- Administer Celigo iPaaS to manage system integrations between NetSuite and other business applications (Replicon, Salesforce, etc).
- Develop, configure, and maintain integration workflows between NetSuite and external systems.
- Custom Application Management:
- Administer custom applications developed using MS SQL and C#, ensuring their functionality and integration with NetSuite and other systems.
- Support ongoing development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of custom applications.
- Development and Scripting:
- Write and maintain scripts (SuiteScript) and workflows within NetSuite to automate processes.
- Develop custom scripts and applications using C#, JavaScript, and XML to enhance system capabilities and meet specific business requirements.
- Support data manipulation and transformation processes across platforms.
- System Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes across NetSuite and integrated systems.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in NetSuite administration and customization.
- Experience administering Celigo iPaaS or similar integration platforms.
- Familiarity with Replicon or similar time management and project tracking software.
- Experience managing and developing applications in MS SQL and C#
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, JavaScript, C#, and XML.
- .NET programming (C#, C++, VB) with entity framework on Visual Studio integrated development environment
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, customization, and integration.
- Familiarity with APIs and web services for system integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NetSuite ERP modules such as Financial Management, Project Management and CRM.
- NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus.
- Experience working with Data Warehouse solutions, and with reporting and analytic presentation tools and technologies such as PowerBI or Tableau.
