- Client services
- Answering and fielding client requests and orders
- General office administration (phones, email, mail, etc.)
- Daily bookkeeping support (AP/AR, etc.)
- Ensuring office functions are running efficiently
- Ordering office supplies
- Database management
- Other duties as required
Skills & Attributes for Success:
- Post-secondary education in business or accounting at the college or university level
- 2 4+ years experience in a similar multifaceted role
- Small business bookkeeping or Office Manager experience is a considerable asset
- Professional and friendly verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Motivated and ability to take initiative
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Efficient in both an independent environment and as part of a team
