If you are looking to join a team that provides a stable, friendly, and professional environment apply today – this may be the position for you!The OpportunityThe primary function of this position is to provide support to one of the associations programs and members. Excellent customer service skills are required along with the ability to enter, edit and create reports, pivot tables and create invoices . The successful candidate must have an excellent attention to detail and accuracy along with advanced knowledge of MS Office and experience with Sage 300!Key Account Responsibilities and Functions
- Prepare and send out program information.
- Oversee the warranty return process.
- Enter, edit and update member and client information to ensure an accurate and current database.
- Facilitate client KPI reporting and data distribution using Excel pivot tables.
- Generate Account receivable invoices using data from vendor reports and digital files and print and organize invoices as needed.
- Obtain purchase and sales data from orders and utilization reports for effective inventory management.
- Prepare and send client company invoices via mail, fax, email, online SAP submissions, and other platforms.
- Process all program accounts payable invoices and send them for approval as required.
- Answer all incoming calls and emails regarding the program.
- Update contract pricing as required, reconcile reports.
- Verify employee pay amounts and reconcile all discrepancies.
- Provide back up reception coverage and assist with maintaining the reception and kitchen in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Additional administrative based tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Certificate or diploma in office administration a strong asset.
- At least one year of office experience and three years of working with databases in an administrative setting.
- Advanced MS Office Suite: Ability to utilize Pivot Tables and Functions in Excel.
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of Sage 300.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to manipulate spreadsheets and analyze data.
- Must have the ability to process large amounts of confidential data while ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary $48,000 – $52,000 based on related experience. Free parking, 3 weeks vacations along with an excellent employer paid benefit plan and a 35 hour work week!
