Job description: Our client, a highly respected energy related organization is seeking a permanent part-time Accountant to join their busy team. This is a unique opportunity to have a permanent role which offers flexibility of scheduling, while being a part of an outstanding team. This position will be approximately 8 business days per month.Reporting to the Controller, your duties will include but not be limited to;
– Account reconciliations
– Assisting with ad hoc seasonal projects including audit preparation
– Support of the month-end close activities
– Variance analysis
– GL maintenance
– Support of the balance sheet and income statement accounts
