- Record and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor account balances for accuracy
- Generate financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support the preparation of invoices, payments, and payroll processing as needed
- Document management and filing
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks or similar platforms)
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a part-time capacity
