This position is a one (1) year contract with the possibility of extension or conversation to full-time permanent depending on business needs.QualificationsEducation
Minimum – Secondary School Diploma; completion of administrative training program is preferred or equivalent level of education aligns with business requirements.Experience
A minimum of three years previous experience in the service industry with preference in senior population or related field. Extensive experience in customer service and client centered industry.Other Skills and Abilities
Exceptional customer relations and teamwork skills; proficiency in Windows applications, database management, e-mail and the internet; administrative or executive level writing skills; demonstrated ability to establish priorities, fluency in written and spoken English. Ability to work smart and continually increase efficiency. High level of detail orientation and strong desire to always execute top quality work on time. The ability to work in a team environment to identify and achieve team project goals and results, including the completion of assignments within established time frames. Adapt to new technologies, processes, or strategies as needed and able to handle change effectively.Bayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients.
