Job description: Description :West Fraser offers a range of exciting career opportunities for individuals seeking challenging and rewarding careers. Blue Ridge Lumber is currently recruiting for a Permanent Shipping Clerk.Key Responsibilities Include

• Update the Production Schedule (Forecast)
• Enter daily production in JDE
• Close communication with Production Superintendent and Shift Coordinators.
• Prepare shipping instructions and daily load sheets for forklift operators
• Manage mill inventory levels and optimize the warehouse
• Complete any local sales orders for employees/contractors as needed
• Work one Saturday a month or as needed to perform inventory adjustments for month-end
• Other duties as required

You have:

• Post-secondary training in Administration or Accounting would be an asset
• 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in Oracle accounts payable or JD Edwards is an asset
• High degree of accuracy with numbers and strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must be flexible and be able to adjust to changing workloads and tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, advanced Excel skills
• A self-starter with the initiative to learn and grow

Compensation Package:
