Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, assisting with mobility, light housekeeping, effective reporting and creating activity plans.Team Choice requires candidates to provide:

• Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent (HSW, HCA, RPN, RN, foreign trained health professional) with a minimum one year experience
• Valid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months)
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (completed within the past 12 months)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Proficiency to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Reliability and Flexibility
• Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset
• Access to internet/mobile phone
• High energy and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
