Job description: IT IS OUR HONOR TO PROVIDE HEALTHCARE SERVICES FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SERVED AND WHO CONTINUE TO SERVE OUR COUNTRY.Bayshore Medical Personnel is currently searching for a full time (37.5 hrs) Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Trenton, ON who has a minimum of three (3) years of Pharmacy Assistant experience, an interest in providing healthcare services to a unique patient population, and is ready for an exciting opportunity!This is a great opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant looking for Monday – Friday day shifts only (no nights, no weekends), and who is ready for an exciting challenge working with an extremely unique and rewarding patient population!Under the direction of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Assistant will assist in providing pharmacy services such as: compounding, packaging and labeling pharmaceutical products, maintaining prescription records, and conducting inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products.** We thank and appreciate all applicants, however, the Recruitment Team will only contact candidates who are moved forwards in the recruitment process to discuss the role. • Current certificate of Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider or equivalent
• Diploma in a Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Technician program from a post-secondary school is a strong asset

Other Requirements (facilitated by Bayshore during onboarding):

• Current N95 mask fit certificate CSA Standards Z94.4 (within 2 years)
• Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) Certification (within 2 years)
