- Assist Physiotherapist with treatment intervention with modalities, patient care, set-up and positioning
- Provide patients with equipment, while fitting and adapting equipment with confidence to meet client needs
- Instruct patients in exercises and use of equipment, reinforcing safety and specific precautions
- Lead group programming as needed
- Maintain supplies and provide departmental support with maintenance of all functions as required
- Support office staff and physiotherapists with on-going documentation, chart updates and filing
- Participate in promotional activities, community education, program development and Accreditation standards.

- College Diploma/Certificate in Physiotherapist/Physiotherapy Assistant Program
- Registered Kinesiologists or Exercise Therapists will be considered
- Experience working in an outpatient setting is an asset
- Ability to motivate, be empathetic and client-centered in all interactions with patients
- Confident in computer use for documentation & communication
- Initiative, good problem solving and observation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact effectively with an interprofessional team
- Must be flexible and show an ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with all team members
- Strong organizational abilities with efficient time management skills
- Satisfactory employment and attendance record required
Additional InformationSite: Oakville, Milton, GeorgetownHours: Monday to Sunday, various rotating 7.5 hour shifts.
