I feel welcome and at home.”Pay RangeSalary Range: $82,000 – $86,500Based out of VHA’s Corporate Office (Toronto) in a hybrid-work model, the Professional Practice Leader (PPL) is a key member of the Best Practice and Education Team. The PPL will work collaboratively with the Integrated Client and Community Care team to provide clinical leadership, expertise and consultation to advance professional practice, research, education, and interdisciplinary models of care in Ontario’s fast-changing home healthcare landscape.Temporary Full-Time 1 Year ContractKey to this role will be the implementation of Evidence-Based Best Practices to enhance care outcomes, promote healthy work environments, and ensure excellence in care and service delivery. This role is also responsible for ensuring that skills, competencies and enhanced practices are in accordance with the respective regulatory bodies, VHA policies and procedures/directives. As new programs and practice initiatives are designed collaboratively with internal/external partners, the PPL will be expected to contribute through providing clinical expertise, determining healthcare team members’ informational needs, providing the necessary staff education and learning supports, and prioritizing key clinical practice areas to maximize clinical safety and care effectiveness.
