• Review project forecasts submitted by the Project Manager to ensure they are reasonable.
• Analyze costing and revenue allocations on projects.
• Set up and close jobs in the accounting system.
• Assist with month-end processes, particularly focusing on project reviews.
• Coordinate Time & Material billings, ensuring accuracy in rates and mark-ups.
• Produce weekly reports and provide analytical support to Project Managers.
• Ensure a clear understanding of administrative and billing aspects of project contracts.
• Perform additional administrative and project-related tasks as needed.

Our ideal candidate has:

• A University/College diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the construction industry).
• Confidence in interacting with operations team leaders daily.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (an asset).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
• A proven track record of meeting strict deadlines and working under pressure.
• A professional, responsive, and positive attitude.
• High regard for confidentiality and sound independent judgment.
